Overview & Core Concept

EthicallySourced™.AI is AI whose identity, provenance, authority, operational controls, and accountable operator can be established through verifiable evidence, and whose authority can be withdrawn through a defined and tested revocation process.

TAER (Team Agent Emergency Revocation) is an important element of EthicallySourced™.AI. It addresses a fundamental requirement of production Agentic AI: an organisation must not only be able to identify and authorise an AI Agent, but also be able to stop it, isolate it, revoke its authority, and preserve evidence of what happened.

Ethically Sourced™ Passport & Monitoring Architecture

An Ethically Sourced™ Identity/Passport makes TAER addressable, while a separate monitoring layer makes TAER detectable and actionable.

An Ethically Sourced™ Identity or AI Agent makes TAER much easier to invoke. AgenticAI.Football provides Ethically Sourced™ Identities for Football Related AI Agents.

SafeAI.Football — The Football AI Safety & Assurance Layer

SafeAI.Football is the dedicated safety and assurance layer within the AgenticAI.Football Programme. It applies the EthicallySourced™.AI framework to football AI Agents through Agent Safety Passports, defined authority levels, a Safety Sandbox, Agent-to-Agent Trust Protocol, continuous monitoring, and TAER emergency revocation.

AgenticAI.Football Identity → SafeAI.Football Assurance → Ethically Sourced™ Passport → Permissioned Interaction → Human Authority → Monitoring / TAER

Programme Architecture

One framework spanning national, regional, and club layers. The programme uses AgenticAI.Football as the identity, governance, and Agent infrastructure; professional clubs as regional anchors; national .Community / .1 dual stacks as coordination and discovery layers; and regional Team sites as local-context intelligence layers.

AgenticAI.Football → Professional Club Agents → England.Community / Scotland.Community / Wales.Community → Regional Teams → Grassroots & Community → Human Decisions → Measurable Outcomes

SafeAI.Football operates across every layer

SafeAI.Football does not replace the club, community, or namespace layers. It provides a common safety and assurance framework across them: identity verification, Agent Safety Passport status, authority and permission checks, monitored interaction, human escalation, and emergency revocation.

Operational Model

Useful activity across four core pillars:

1

Agent Safety & Certification

Registration, governance reviews, and recurring certification administration for programme Agents, including the proposed Ethically Sourced™ certification requirement.

2

Ethically Sourced™ Agent-in-a-Box

Packages for grassroots clubs, foundations, and community organisations covering administration, grants, sponsors, volunteers, and engagement.

3

Cancer Research Fundraising

Building giving directly into the programme transparently and verifiably.

4

Regional Agent Teams

Disclaimer. All AI agents hosted on the Regional Teams platform are independent, community-developed tools created solely for local civic and community utility. They are not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any professional sports team, football club, league, or commercial entity. All product, brand, and company names mentioned remain registered trademarks™ of their respective holders; their mention does not imply any affiliation or endorsement. AI Agents featured in the community section of this platform platform are meant for the benefit of the community, and are not used for sports, sports analytics, athletic entertainment, or fan merchandise. The “team” is used in the sense of “AI Agents for the community” team.

SafeAI.Football Safety & Assurance Framework

SafeAI.Football provides the programme-wide controls through which football and community AI Agents can establish identity, demonstrate permitted authority, interact with other Agents, and be monitored or stopped when necessary.

Agent Safety Passport

Each participating Agent can carry a machine-verifiable Safety Passport recording its identity, accountable operator, purpose, capabilities, permissions, approved tools, permitted data access, authority level, governance status, human owner, escalation route, monitoring status, review date, and TAER status.

IDENTITY → OPERATOR → CAPABILITY → PERMISSION → AUTHORITY → HUMAN OWNER → MONITORING → TAER

Authority Levels

Level Authority Operating Principle
L0 Discovery Discover permitted public or programme information.
L1 Read Access authorised information without changing systems or records.
L2 Recommend Analyse information and prepare recommendations for people.
L3 Human-Approved Execution Perform an action only after approval by an authorised person.
L4 Delegated Execution Execute narrowly defined actions autonomously within pre-agreed limits and monitoring.

Materially consequential programme activity can be configured to require appropriate human authority, with higher levels granted only for clearly bounded use cases.

SafeAI.Football Safety Sandbox

Before production participation, new or materially changed Agents can be tested in a controlled environment for identity, permissions, tool access, Agent-to-Agent interaction, human approval, logging, monitoring, incident handling, and TAER response.

PROPOSED → REGISTERED → SANDBOX → TESTED → CERTIFIED → ACTIVE

Agent-to-Agent Trust Protocol

Before an Agent interaction is permitted, the programme can verify both identity and current authority. This allows professional-club, football-industry, regional Team, and Community Agents to interact through a common trust handshake.

PRESENT IDENTITY → VERIFY NAMESPACE → CHECK PASSPORT → CHECK CAPABILITY → CHECK PERMISSION → CHECK AUTHORITY → INTERACT → AUDIT

Monitoring & TAER

A separate monitoring layer observes relevant Agent activity and makes TAER detectable and actionable. Where required, an authorised operator can restrict, suspend, isolate, or revoke an Agent while preserving evidence for review.

ACTIVE → RESTRICTED → SUSPENDED → REVOKED

TAER response: stop the Agent; revoke credentials and authority; remove approved tool access; block programme Agent-to-Agent interaction where applicable; quarantine pending actions; notify the accountable human owner; preserve logs; investigate; and require human approval before reinstatement.

Football as an Anchor for Community AI

Regional Teams act as local-context intelligence layers with responsibility for knowledge that is genuinely regional with regards to helping football clubs outside the top leagues, using football for community support, and raising money for cancer research.

Core Principle

England.Community, Scotland.Community and Wales.Community provide an AI coordination, discovery and trust layer over the existing ecosystem.

“AI Agents make the connections. People make the decisions.”

Ecosystem Agent Families

  • Grassroots Football Agent: Helps grassroots clubs find facilities, coaches, volunteers, fixtures, equipment, funding, and professional-club community programmes.
  • Community Concierge Agent: Provides residents with a simple conversational interface: “What football, training, volunteering or community opportunities are available for my family in this area?”
  • Grassroots AI-in-a-Box: Governed AI Agent assisting small clubs with membership administration, communications, volunteer coordination, grant & sponsor discovery, facilities, fixtures, and community engagement.

National Network Implementations

Scotland.Community: Leverages the SPFL Trust network of 46 community trusts across the men’s and women’s game, and the Scottish FA’s Extra Time programme delivering activity across 27 local authorities.

Wales.Community: Developed around Welsh football’s specific geography and community structures.

England.Community, Scotland.Community, and Wales.Community use a common Agent protocol while retaining distinct national identities.
